First, an intake meeting takes place to discuss your wishes, objectives, and budget. SafeSlide then creates a design proposal and schedule, including drawings, material selection, and phasing. After approval, production and installation are scheduled in consultation with your operating schedule. Regular coordination takes place throughout the process to ensure smooth changes and release of components. Finally, delivery follows, including a report and, if necessary, training or instructions for use.

After delivery, there's usually a follow-up phase where SafeSlide checks for proper operation, any start-up issues, or material coordination. You'll receive instructions for maintenance intervals, inspection lists, and a documentation package. A maintenance contract can be optionally purchased, covering periodic inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs. This follow-up care ensures optimal performance and a longer lifespan for your custom-made attraction.

Inspection: detect problems early

During the inspection, the entire water feature is inspected—from the water slide to the spray features and the pool. We pinpoint osmosis, surface damage, and structural cracks with precision.
Thanks to our experience with polyester repair and coating techniques, we can provide targeted and efficient repairs.

Repair of osmosis bubbles, burrs and cracks

  • Osmosis bubbles : are completely removed, after which the surface is dried, sanded and rebuilt with high-quality resins.
  • Burrs and imperfections : are removed to ensure a smooth and safe sliding surface.
  • Cracks and delamination : are reinforced with fibre reinforced materials for a structurally strong solution.

After this repair phase, the water attraction is once again waterproof, safe and ready for the next step: renovation and finishing.
